Metal turned parts, precision turned and milled components

viteria euganea

We manufacture high-productivity turned parts and precision mechanical machining.

Part of viteria euganea

A complete partner for complex mechanical components serving a wide range of industries, including automotive, hydraulics, aerospace, packaging, agriculture and industrial applications.

Within Viteria Euganea, MMP is the part that bridges the gap between requirements and reliable production. It injects flexibility, continuity and industrial responsiveness into the group: when the right component does not exist in the catalogue, this is where it is manufactured.

Products and materials

  • Products

Metal turned parts, turned and milled components to drawing, bushings, sleeves, fittings, spacers, nuts, special technical components and high-precision parts.

  • Materials

Our machining operations cover a wide range of materials, including free-machining steels, heat-treatable steels, stainless steels, brass, aluminium, copper and engineering plastics.

Quality and certifications

MMP's quality laboratory ensures precision and reliability through inspections and continuous in-process checks, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.

The quality department also manages the technical documentation required by customers, including the preparation of product qualification dossiers in accordance with PPAP and VDA standards.

The laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including a Hommel ETAMIC OPTICLINE optical measuring system, a laser projector for inspecting the profiles of small components, and a profilometer.

To support post-production inspection activities, the company operates a rotary-disc optical sorting machine equipped with three cameras, designed to inspect production runs subject to stringent PPM requirements.

Sustainability

MMP is committed to reducing the environmental impact of its manufacturing processes by investing in innovative solutions that combine sustainability, safety and the protection of employee health.

Our commitment into action:

  • The company operates a photovoltaic installation comprising 1,136 panels, with a total capacity of 550 kW.
  • Introduction of a latest generation cleaning system using bicarbonate and ultrasound in a vacuum environment, with the aim of replacing traditional solvent-based cleaning cycles.
  • Use of vegetable-derived oils as an alternative to mineral oils, reducing the presence of potentially harmful substances.
  • Installation of enclosed hoods and dedicated extraction systems to contain fumes and particles generated during machining and cleaning operations, improving air quality in the workplace.
